2007 - 25th Anniversary

2007 marked the 25th anniversary of My Little Pony. The "Crystal Princess" continued in the beginning of the year and was quickly replaced by the "25th Anniversary" theme by the end of the year. This year also marked the end of magnets in ponies feet as well as the end of hoof hearts. Most ponies now have heads that turn as of this year as well.

Babies Boogie Woogie and Hokey Pokey were re-released with turning heads (noted with a sticker on their packaging) and a slightly modified body mould (mostly ears/legs). They still have magnets in their feet.

Best Friends

Best Friends are the second release of scented ponies. The original release were called Sunny Scents and were released in 2005. Best Friends ponies were also packed in the new 25th anniversary packaging and came with a fun accessory.

Note: I have heard that in some countries these ponies were released with no scents.
