Pinkie Pie
Pinkie Pie was the first G3 pony released. She is also the most released G3 pony and is one of the Core 7 ponies.
2003 - Licensing Show Exclusive Pony

Pinkie Pie was given out at Hasbro's 2003 licensing show. This version of Pinkie Pie has a modified symbol that reads "Licensing Show, Hasbro, 2003". These ponies were packaged with no accessories in a bag.
Packaging Variations
A handful of these ponies with the modified symbol were found packaged in regular Pinkie Pie boxes at Toys R Us. Hasbro confirmed that was done in error, which is why there are so few found in boxes.
2003 - Limited Edition Numbered Pony

In late spring of 2003, Hasbro teamed up with eBay seller WorldinAdvance to auction off limited edition, specially numbered ponies to promote the new line. Part of the proceeds went to help build playgrounds for kids. These ponies were limited to 300 items, 50 of each character (Kimono, Wysteria, Sweetberry, Rainbow Dash, Sunny Daze, and Pinkie Pie).
These ponies were packaged in a regular box, but had foil number stickers (1-50) and a certificate stating information about them.
